Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders.

Clinical FX is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns

Due to the nature of peptide-based and bioactive products, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed.

Returns may be considered only if:

  • the product arrives damaged
  • the incorrect product was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
